World Bank Group Africa Seminar Series: “Looking After Water in Africa”

PFD helped organize and bring together a very important knowledge sharing seminar at the World Bank headquarters for  one of its clients, GeoVille Group. The WBG in collaboration with the Cooperation in International Waters in Africa Program (CIWA) and PFD Group hosted a BBL in an effort to promote the support for further implementation of the Water Observation and Information System (WOIS) based on satellite technology in Africa. Among the 53 participants were high level water experts from the World Bank, European Space Agency (ESA), and NASA as well as external viewers via remote access.
